The Authentic Educator partners with schools to strengthen inclusion from the inside out—through professional learning, collaborative coaching, and honest reflection on how systems, environments, and expectations shape student access and belonging.

We work between home and school—helping educators understand students with complex needs while supporting those same students and families from outside the system. This dual perspective helps everyone make sense of what’s happening, identify what’s working, and co-create next steps that truly last.

🧭 Collaborative Coaching
We partner with educators and teams to design trauma-informed, regulation-supportive environments that honor student dignity and reduce barriers to learning. Our work is relational, reflective, and rooted in the belief that connection—not compliance—is what changes outcomes.

🌱 Professional Learning
Interactive workshops and small-group sessions on inclusion, restorative practice, school refusal, and behavior-as-communication.
Sessions are customized to your community and can include on-site modeling, guided reflection, and implementation planning.

When a student struggles to access school, we help design practical, compassionate supports that bring families and educators together around shared goals. We act as a neutral bridge, creating space for understanding and collaboration that centers student dignity.
